Architect & Urban Designer
Ken is an architect and urban designer who has worked extensively on large-scale urban renewal, civic and transport infrastructure projects in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East. He is trained as an architect from RMIT University in Melbourne and SCI-Arc Los Angeles. His combined experience working with international architecture practice GRIMSHAW and in strategic urban planning with local government in Melbourne has equipped him with an acute awareness of the scale and complexity of civic and urban-based projects, and the ability to quickly traverse project scales both analytically and critically. To every project he brings a process of deep thinking and strategic insight, coupled with a naturally investigative mind. Outside of OYO, you will find him either wandering away deep in a forest or crafting objects in his makeshift ceramics studio.
