Project management, from design until realization with a strong focus on the construction phase. You will be responsible for the realisation of private and public buildings (collective housing, private housing, offices, care, utility,...) in Belgium. Communication with clients and building partners is pivotal, as well as giving support to colleagues, during all phases of the design- and building process.
Profile
- Architect or architect-engineer
- Relevant experience of 5-10 years
- Freelance fulltime or 4/5
Skills required
- Fluent in Dutch both written and verbally
- Knowledge of French / English is an extra asset
- Client management & project coordination skills
- Technical detailing & construction administration
- Knowledge of construction methods
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget your time
- Requirements: Autocad, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite
- Knowledge of Rhino, BIM software, C3A and EPB are an extra asset
- Strong conceptual and design skills
