Together with Adept (DK) and Tractebel Engineering (BE), we are shortlisted to set out and refine the strategic vision for the 90ha Defence site including ex NATO's headquarters. The site is on both Brussels and Flemish territory and is commissioned by the Strategy Department of perspective.brussels and the Flemish Government’s Department of Environment. Plans are to develop a new mixed urban district, a metropolitan landscape park and an ecological corridor with a forest.
