Diederick Verhaeghe

Project Architect
Diederick graduated in engineering-architecture at Ghent University. After his internship he started as a project architect and later team manager for Govaert&Vanhoutte Architects in Bruges (BE), where he specialised in industrial and corporate projects. At the same time he founded his own architectural practice named korrel, which concentrates on high level renovations. Through the cross-over between these experiences, he grew to execute larger projects with the same attention to detail as residential buildings, and more intimate projects with the same level of professionalism as utilitarian sites. At OYO he takes the project lead for the new HQ for Vanheede Environmental Services. Diederick blends his passion for architecture with a sarcastic sense of humor that mindful architects share with jazz musicians. In his spare time he is, naturally, a jazz musician.
