OYO is a resident and initiator of the creative Werkplaats on the Tolhuiseiland, in the middle of Ghent. Not a typical office — a place built around the people in it, where work, exchange and the occasional good idea happen in the same room.

A renovated industrial building surrounded by water, with high ceilings, big windows, and long views over the canal. Inside, there's room for different companies and studios, five meeting rooms, and a café built for gatherings and events. The building opens directly onto the surrounding green. A quiet, inspiring place to work.

We've just finished two brand-new spaces in the building. They're made for one or two small companies who want their own front door but still want to be part of everything the community offers. Set across two floors, the spaces work on their own or together. A spot like this doesn't come up often — if it sounds like you, reach out before it's gone.

Your own space with access to everything the house has to offer — meeting rooms, the café, and a community of neighbours who care about the same things you do.

by the hour or day

Need a room to think, present, or get a few people around a table? Several Meeting rooms, seating up to 16, come with a screen and coffee within reach. Book it for an hour or block out the whole day.

03 — events
one-off

A space with character for the moments that deserve one — a launch, a workshop, a gathering. OYO CAFE holds up to 40 people and can be set up however you need it. Tell us what you're planning, and we'll make it work.
